KR Core IG를 따르는 Client는 가능한 한(SHOULD) DiagnosticReport Resource를 지원하고, DiagnosticReport Resource를 지원하는 경우, KR Core DiagnosticReport Profile for Function Tests를 반드시(SHALL) 지원해야 한다.
